Program Background
Adhering to the mission of ¡°Developing Outstanding Whole-person and Global-Local Talents People can Trust and Work with¡±, SHUMBA emphasizes on developing students¡¯ comprehensive quality through ¡°Whole-Person (Being, Doing, Knowing)¡± curriculum. SHUMBA believes that, the business leader of the future should possess not only personal integrity and business ethics, but also excellent business professionalism and leadership. They should always pursue an effective balance between environmental protection, sustainable development, and corporate interest optimization in their business decision-making and management process.
Following the "Man leadership" and "Women Leadership" ECO-Forum held in 2012, SHUMBA, together with Swedish Trade Council, will conduct the 3rd Leadership ECO Forum-CSR & Sustainability. Representatives from the academic field (Education), governmental department (Community), and the business community (Organization) will be invited to the forum to explore insights of leadership from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and sustainability. During the forum, you will have the opportunity to talk directly to the people from leading countries and corporations of sustainability. We hope the results generated from the discussion will provide business schools the direction of innovation and transformation.
